Talk of the Dead or mediums on any night that we organise are not legally responsible for emotional, physical or psychological health for now and in the future.
If you suffer from medical or psychological or emotional vulnerability you should not attend Talk of the Dead medium/clairvoyant evenings.
Age 16 years plus will be admitted but proof of age may be required in some circumstances and if no proof is shown, admission will be refused. Anyone of the age of 14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult and the adult will be fully be responsible for that person/persons under the disclaimer for mediumship/clairvoyance evenings.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR Talk of the Dead Paranormal Events
Please read the following & sign to state that you have read it & by signing this form you are stating that you fully understand the terms and conditions and will abide by the terms and conditions, if you do not understand anything then please ask a member of Talk of the Dead (totd). The terms and conditions are formed for the health and safety of everyone at the stated event.
1. No smoking is allowed in the building or during any vigils/sessions, anyone wanting a cigarette may have one outside during appropriate breaks.
2. You will be required at all times to have respect for the building/location, it's contents and any activity which is in progress if not, you will be escorted of the premise without refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event.
3. Strictly no alcohol or illegal substances to be brought or used on any totd event. (Anyone found with these wiII be asked to leave without refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event).
4. Strictly no one attending this event will be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, anyone that is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances or if an totd member feels you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances you will be escorted of the premises without a refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event.
5. Mobile phones are to be switched off at all times when activities are in progress, otherwise you will be asked to leave the event, mobile phones can be used during the breaks.
6. You are solely responsible for your personal belongings; totd or the owners of the property we are holding the event in cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
7. No pets or no children under the age of 18 will be allowed.
8. It is hoped that all Guests will fully interact with each other (This will make for a better night for everyone) and are willing to be split up from the people/group they attend the event with.
9. You will be held fully responsible for your own health, mental health and safety on this event and hereafter.
10. If driving (or being driven) to a totd event, totd will not be liable for any accidents, which may occur before, during or after the event.
11. No one should have any contact with or give any information about totd events to the Media without the consent of Talk of the Dead.
12. All guests’ should be respectful to spirit and if any guests show any disrespect or aggressive behavior towards spirit, even if spirit has shown aggression towards you or another person, you will be asked to leave the event without refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event.
13. Guest’s should be respectful to totd Members and any other people that are staff/helping on the night and other paying guests, if you are not you will be asked to leave without refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event.
14. All guests should not do séances or other activities without totd’s consent, if you do then you will be asked to leave without refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event.
15. Totd members and other staff at the property has the right to evict anyone from any event for any inappropriate behavior without refund and totd will refuse you entry to any other totd event.
16. If any member/s of the same party of a person who is asked to leave/evicted or escorted of the premises becomes difficult or cause problems will be asked to leave and escorted of the premises without refunds and totd will refuse entry to any other totd event.
17. Guest’s are advised to wear sensible walking shoes and warm and waterproof clothing on all events.
18. Guest’s are advised to bring a torch to all events.
19. Some events will consist of uneven ground under foot and everyone is advised to use a torch, totd is not liable for any accident, guests attend at their own risk.
